What CMMC Agent is — and isn't
CMMC Agent is a readiness and compliance-management toolkit. It is not a C3PAO, assessor or government body, and it does not certify compliance. Scores are self-assessed estimates; official results come only from the applicable DoD process.
Your responsibilities
Provide truthful answers, keep your login secure, review every AI-drafted document before use, and never upload CUI. You are responsible for anything you submit to the government, including SPRS scores.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through PayPal at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime in PayPal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with advance notice.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, attempts to access other customers' data, reverse engineering, or automated abuse of the assistant, voice line or API.
AI output
AI responses and drafts can be wrong. They are clearly labeled as drafts and must be checked by a qualified person.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
